Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us at The 2nd Edition.  We strive to provide high-quality new and second-hand clothing and aim for your complete satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures for returns and exchanges.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please email us at customerservice@the2ndedition.co.nz within this period (please see instructions below for “How to Request a Return”).

 

·        Conditions for Return: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging if applicable.

·        Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

·        Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please make sure you review the item descriptions and images carefully before making your purchase.

 

How to Request a Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The 2nd Edition is not responsible for the loss of items being returned. Any items not returned within the specified timeframe will not be eligible for a refund, and any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

To request a return, please follow these steps:

·        Contact Us: Email us at customerservice@the2ndedition.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue.

·        Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

·        Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the address provided.

 

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
